The bed was extra large and the room was fantastic with delightful decor. I had a view of the garden from my window. - the location for Marrakesh was particularly good, really close to an international festival as well as the quieter areas.

I ate at a good restaurant with local dishes. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Conference Palace Convention Center.

Beautiful and absolutely great hotel overlooking the garden, we had a very positive experience here. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was great and really kind during all this time. Our room was clean and fantastic, easy access to free parking. We really enjoyed the restaurant...

I did not like that we had to pay taxes on arrival. I have seen many people complain about the additional costs. They charge 5.5% per day per person.

The air conditioning was blowing right on the bed, I caught a cold... There were ants in the bathroom. The water didn't flow well... It's a very noisy street.

The rooms here are super clean and look amazing. 🌟 Can't forget to mention the awesome breakfast they serve here. And oh, the view of the garden is simply breathtaking! 😍

The hotel design are very nice but all rooms need Renovation. The furniture in the room are very old And tired. Location are good and the security staff Are friendly. Other staf are not proff. Brakefast is really Good.

No free WiFi in the rooms. The cost of WiFi connection in the room is 250 MDH/24 hr which is almost the same of the cost of the room itself!!

Nice complex with great pools and gardens. After reading reviews for hotels in Marrakech, I expected the worst for the friendliness of the staff, but this turned out to be wrong: the staff in this hotel is very friendly. In particular the guys at the pool and pool restaurant will do everything to make things comfortable and were very friendly - top service.

Expensive wifi for the room (free wifi in the common area though).

The location of the hotel is amazing, being close to restaurants, other hotels, supermarkets, and quieter areas. The staff is nice and the room was fabulous, immaculate, with a king-size bed. We also enjoyed a particularly nice breakfast at the restaurant.

It was in a favourable and amazing location near bars and restaurants. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a fabulous area. The breakfast selection was amazing with morrocan cousine highlights.

Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was marvellous and stunning just off a taxi to the souks, site supermarket/shop and the very modern Menara Mall. Nice breakfast with Moroccan options and morrocan cousine highlights in the restaurant.

The room I was in was amazing! It was super spacious, with a big bathroom that had a huge bathtub. The view from the room was lovely, and the bed was a king size 🛏️. I also enjoyed having lunch at the restaurant by the pool and grabbing a drink at the pool bar.

Overall the grounds and the lobby were great and the hotel has the potential to be refurbished to a grand 5 star property but the rooms were extremely disappointing.

Wifi was not offered as promised per booking - very disappointed and inconvenient for my business. The room was scuffed and damaged, the plumbing was old and offered brown water at first use.
